Intake & Routing

Each request begins with part number, quantity, ship-to location, and required-by timing. Requests are routed by urgency and logistics constraints before sourcing begins. Line-down scenarios are prioritized for review. Submitting a request does not create a purchase obligation.

Commercial Confirmation

Once availability is validated, commercial terms are requested from the supplying source. This includes total price and currency, dispatch window, shipping options, payment instructions, and warranty or DOA scope. All commercial terms are clarified before quote issuance.

Quote Issuance

You receive a structured, decision-ready quote identifying the supplying source, confirmed stock status, dispatch timing, and commercial terms. You review the terms and decide whether to proceed.

Verification (When Available)

Where the supplying source can provide it, supporting materials such as timestamped photos, nameplate confirmation, or relevant documentation may be requested prior to payment.

Commercial Structure

Axity does not hold inventory. The supplying source identified in your quote acts as supplier of record, issues payment instructions, and defines warranty or DOA conditions. Axity coordinates the sourcing workflow to ensure commercial clarity before execution.
